I can get a bit defensive about the UK sometimes (in the same way that I can get a bit defensive about the US, despite everything!) but lol the queen stuff is out of control:

Football (soccer, in the local lingo) was singled out for enforced cancellation because it was believed that, unlike the fans of other sports, the football fans would fail to be respectful enough.
