I don't bother following the legal arguments, as the law is an ass. Nothing against those who do, but the reason to send anything to the Supremos isn't to get them to rule on the specifics in the legal filing, it's to get a 5-4 "Trump is super-president emeritus for life, no laws apply" ruling.
