Something I've been saying for years is that you can write about poll results/voter sentiment strictly accurately but misleadingly depending on the agenda of the reporter. You know, "voters divided" is always true! 51-49, voters divided! 70-30, voters divided! Or, alternatively, 70-30, "voters overwhelmingly support...". 51-38, a bare majority! 51-38, clear support!
