Sticking It To The Wokes

The Eric Adams "boom" - among a set of dipshit pundits and some in the Dem leadership - was their way of supporting the BLM backlash, of saying what America wants isn't "defund the police," it's a Cop Mayor who will stick it to Those People. 

The claim was ridiculous, not because of Adams himself, but because no one ever looks at a New York City politician and says their popularity in NYC means they have broader brand appeal. The people making it were enraged at uppity minorities. How better to hide their bigotry than behind an African-American cop mayor?

"Hide" because they think people are stupid and don't realize how transparent they are.
