TikTok You Don't Stop

There are potential problems with whoever owns the platforms.
Whatever valid arguments there are about TikTok ownership, everyone seems to have their own slightly incoherent variation, which does not convince me that legislating it into the hands of Trump's former Treasury Secretary is necessarily the best course of action.


I don't think foreign ownership concerns about key assets, including media, are always invalid, but a moral panic about The Kids being mad at Israel in the midst of an ethnic cleansing program and incoherently and inconsistently applied China fearmongering isn't the way to approach the issue.
