Pretty sure if John Fetterman was running around saying that, the Dem party and their Thought Leaders would understand that it would make it more difficult for them to appeal to voters who "should" be voting for them because the orange man is bad for reproductive rights. This isn't hard to understand unless you're choosing not to.
