That is pretty standard campaign advice. People might disagree with the main point, or disagree with what is possible, but nobody responds with "yes but the bad orange man is WORSE so lol suck it."
I don't know why Gaza is somehow on a different plane. I mean, I do know, but people should just be honest about it.
