Another Scoop From Baby Bird Barak

A new "norm" in journalism needs to be that it's understood that if you are the designated first recipient of the press release from official sources, then it isn't a scoop. 

A scoop is getting some information that wouldn't necessarily have been disseminated otherwise, not being the preferred mouthpiece of those in power. That's just PR with someone else paying the salary.
