Journalism!

It is quite notable that almost no prominent American journalists have either wanted to or thought it was "allowed" for them to express banal, anodyne support for the basic concept that journalists should be allowed to do their jobs in a war zone without being killed.  

I understand it's the kind of thing that even the restrictive New York Times social media policy allows, in theory anyway.
