The press will probably pay the most attention to the big ticket (steel, aluminium) items that Canada is likely to retaliate with, but the "fun" stuff is "let's piss off an individual member of Congress." Last time they had a fight with Trump they went after a bunch of Kentucky products to tickle Mitch McConnell. Such things don't necessarily involve a lot of money, but they can gut an important, or at least well-connected, local company.
